The rear end in my wagon got softer with the new KYBs. Didnt like them too much. The front was however stiff I wanted. You will like that.

Re: The rusty panda

He blew up the L19. Didnt run Chevron Premium only (76 worked too), nor dialed back the timing. Seriously, that motor would only run on Chevron or 76 premium. Everything else it would ping on (fuck Shell). Its a shame, because those pistons were rare. I bought 4 of the last 5 ITM had in their invent...

Re: Jacob's other projects

All I know is, it was done for half of what Malarkey would have charged. They used Malarkey materials. They are coming back to paint the black flashing on the eves to match the trim of the house. Definitely a hookup price. Home Depot is a store, not a contractor. They work with local contractors to ...

Re: Jacob's other projects

Well they started promptly at 8am. I was gone for awhile. Got back at 5:30pm, and they were 100% done/gone. Crew was probably 6-8 guys. They even replaced a section of plywood!

I have no doubt about it. They have been fast thus far. I mean, they used 3 guys today just to put material on the roof.

I remember when we were looking for a pump just for the Fountain/waterfall at my house (never happened). Moving that amount of water up that much (30ft) made for an expensive pump.

Re: My 1969 Datsun 521 kingcab diesel

When my friend frame swapped his 521 to the 720 4x4 one, I really wanted him to run both tanks. Would have used a level sensors and a pump to have the 521 tank (bed mounted driver side) dump to the 720 tank (frame mounted passenger frame). And being that we had a body lift on it, gravity would have ...

I still buy a bit from Baxters. They are the closest to my house. And the main guy there knows his stuff. Just got a new battery for the BMW, with the NorthWestZ discount, it was $25 cheaper than anywhere else, and its a very good brand. If you didnt know, North West Z has a club discount through Ba...

Tilt the motor over 15 degrees like it sits in the truck. Now is it at 10 and 2? I always set my motor with gold link chains, or counting links on the chain.
