Post by Danfiveten » Sat Nov 09, 2013 8:39 pm

anyone have a stock l16 carb...mainly what i need is the auto choke shit, becuase i have a nice rebuilt carb, just its manual choke not auto, and i dont want to tear apart the one on the car (the one thats possibly bad) and my spare one and risk fucking them both up. Im in beaverton for thsoe that dont remember, i know alot of people just throw the hitachis away, but im hoping someone has one laying around they would love to just throw me.

Ive got a manual choke Hitachi you can have. Its good for a rebuild... you can just have it for the price of shipping since were not that close geographically.

Thanks tristin but i have a extra manual choke one, trying to find mainly just the auto choke bits...being a pain in the ass it seems, i dont want to rip the stock carb apart to just take those parts off because i dont want to fuck something up...but seems im going to have no choice if i want to get Art back up and running. I hate having her sitting torn apart in the garage right now, not how i like looking at her >.> I just hate working on carbs, why i prefer my dual su's.
