Bump!

Well I was gunna post update pics but Photobucket seems to have lost their marbles ......

The photo uploader here works fine, no need for photos bucket. Let's see that beauty

I'm sure it works fine but I wanna be able to use the pics I've uploaded in other places

OK, so to recap this is where I started with this truck after moving into the new place

First up was getting the new aluminum radiator and aluminum trans cooler mocked up and installed

Unfortunately my grandma passed away just as I was getting started, and the garage became a holding pen for all of her stuff. So many weeks later finally got it cleaned out and back to a usable two car garage!

Back to the rad and trans cooler!

Came up with these bad boys to space out the rad from the core support and secure it all nicely

Next up was the trans cooler, which I ended up whipping up this cute little piece of 1/8 in bar stock that the cooler itself bolted to. Then I drilled and tapped some threaded holes into the frame to attach the bar stock to. Came out nice IMO

And then the dreaded one step forward and two steps back reared its ugly head -.-

Somehow the exhaust mani CRACKED!!!

Can't find a damn pic but this was the aftermath -.-


And wouldn't u know it, just two weeks prior I sold my last round port mani -.-

So fuck it was in order and it's getting a square port mani till I can slap a diff head on it

Cleaned up all the surfaces AGAIN...





And we're back in business

So now your up to date, next is
- fluids
- dbl check everything
- charge the battery
- test fire and come up with a final list of issues to solve b4 it's back to a daily!!
