It needs pads n rotors... But before I can do that I have to replace the hard lines PO took vice grips too :/

One reservoir resembles chocolate milk, the other is low with the strangest feeling brake fluid I've seen. So it will get new rotors, pads, wheel bearings, a full flush, the rear drums cleaned and adjusted .

But I missed a key point... You need 720 front bushings not 620...

So now my truck has no leafs or rear end in it.....

Oh well, ordered parts :/
