He's tellin me that he doesn't think there's a difference but I just don't wanna buy it and be screwed over.
69's and 68's are pretty similar.

Front wagon door should be the same as long as it really is a 68 door.

Thanks for trying on the door panels.. That's what I've been finding every time.

Fuck my life. lol

I have an offer for a 69 4 door window reg and a 68 goon window reg.
I don't know what I should buy.

For outer squeegees.
I was also thinking what to buy.

I was hoping that Datsunland Socal would work but the site was down and i found a much cheaper alt.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/DATSUN-1200-160 ... 60&vxp=mtr

Anyone know if this stuff will work?

sorry for not getting back sooner, been a little busy. Got more projects then I do time. :fuu:

i did take a 68 window crank handle to see if it would fit on a 72 and it does fit, not 100% if the clip will work. was told the handle wouldn't, WTF
guess more research is needed.

datmo ~ have you looked into this site to see if the parts numbers are different ?

http://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsun510 ... Index.aspx

now I need to find out if my spare 68 510 doors are actually from a 68 510.

Have you found a regulator yet?

Have you contacted The Keeper?

I have found two but not for exact 68's sedan.
a 68 goon.
and a 69.

I don't know if either will fit so I'm def holding off.
I would contact the keeper but then some family issues came up and i had to give my money to fam.
I just got a bit of money and i needa hold off a bit.
I even had to give up the $400 i had saved for the repro grille on ratsun :(

I get my money sent in today but it's not gettin into my account yet!..

I'll contact him when the money comes in.
As well as the other two when i realize which fits for sure.

Either way...he should be a good source of knowledge for you. Ask him what fits.
