When are rear camber plates recommened?

Looking to drop the rear of my dime about 2". At what point are rear camber adjustments recommended? How low?

a couple inches you should be ok,not to much camber(the bad kind)
You could always slot the rear k-member(old school,cheap solution was done by many for years and years)but not gaining any toe this way

Byron makes these really nice brackets,for the optimum adjustments,and tons of info the thread here

I saw those brackets. I was just wondering at what point they are needed.
