This 1964 Nissan Cedric 1900 Deluxeis one of only about 100 sold in the US and Canada between 1964 and 1965. This is a significant early Nissan that is the oldest of five LHD North American market cars known to remain and the oldest Nissan-badged car in the the US. Purchased new at the York, PA., Datsun dealer, this Cedric was sold back to the same selling dealer by its original owner in 1980 from whom the present seller bought it three years ago..

It likely has the same shift pattern as my 320 column shift trucks have.
It's not the prettiest car I have seen, but it is about as rare of a Nissan car your ever going to see, I can hardly believe it's only at $2600.00 right now, I have a hard time believing that the bidding was started so low.

How do you guys even run across stuff like this?

I love finding old Datsuns (Nissans) on CL, eBay and BaT ... I also like looking for pictures of Dead Datsuns ... just call me sick, if you want to :P

What is sad is that a very rare GM or Ford car/truck like that would have brought way more money, but a Nissan/Datsun just don't.

I normally don't garage any of my cars. But that would live in the garage and rarely be out and about. Maybe a sunny sunday cruise once and a while or canby. But that's about it.
