Soo I buckled down and got the doors done this week. I did the body work, layed down high build primer, sanded, did more busy work, sanded, primered again, and then did a final sand before paint lol. I did the insides and jams last night and today I flipped them over and did the shells. Looks like a little dust might have landed tho... I'll see how it dries. I'm not too worries tho.

Next up will be window tint and re pining the hinges. I'm nervous about doing the side window tint cause it's hard to get perfect edges and on the sides it matters... Plus hard to keep from trapping dust. Tint scares me lol but it looks soo good

Thanks guys, it's been countless hours of work and allot of learning lol

Today I replaced my carrier bearing because the old one was shot. Turns out the bolt on the drive shaft is damn hard to get off so I ended up buying an impact to finish it. But I wanted one anyways lol. Got it all replaced and bolted together. Still have a phantom vibration tho... Gonna get the tire balance checked again

Well I got my doors installed!!! Still need little adjustments but they look amazing. It took me 3 boxes of tint before I was happy wit the tint on the side windows haha that is hard to do perfectly. I also looked into rebuilding the hinges but they are way different that 510 hinges so I haven't figued it out yet. But they actually don't sag so I might just leave them.

Tint makes me angry lol

Dang! That was a lot of reading. Nice job so far. I know the kind of time it takes to make this happen. It is really starting to show and will soon pay off when it's all done. I was kinda bummed when I got to page 12 and you hadn't painted the bed yet. hahaha I wanna see it now!

Keep up the good work.

Well you took the right approach. No rushing body work. I have yet to see it in person, but the pictures make it look good.

Thanks dude, and yep I love slots. They're a staggered set with a matching spare, 5.5" in the front and 7" in the rear. Planning on giving them a polish tho. I just love oldschool mags lol

Now that I have the front of the truck all painted and nice I'm starting to think about getting studded tires for the winter... I'd be beyond depressed if it went off the road.
