alright i have a bad ass 1978 subaru gf 4x4 station wagon this car is awesome i was gonna ej swap it for a
rally monster but times and life change and i need something my fat ass fits into better for a more comfortable
daily this thing gets about 30 mpg and is unstoppable it goes places my uncles k5 on 35's wont due to its
small size
the good:
car has 183k on the body motor rebuilt less then 2k ago by me (A.S.E. auto tech)
new front axle
new ball joints
new tie rods
new points and condenser
new choke relay
new coil
new ngk plugs
new wires
new ballast resister
new battery
new battery cables
new fuel filter
new air filter
all new vacuum lines
newer toyo studdless snow tires with les schwab warrentee
new clutch
55 watt off road lights
55 watt reverse lights (not done)
gas tank removed and cleaned
fuel lines completely cleaned out
rebuilt carb
cleaned and rebuilt heater box
rebuilt left front caliper
the bad:
oil pump leaks
right front caliper is starting to leak
control lever for the recerc door is broken
high beams have a short in them so they dont work
fan is on a toggle switch cause thermo switch is nla
needs a carb ive rebuilt it and it runs good but due to the carb design it has a dead spot
hood release cable broke
nada list this thing at 4300 in perfect shape so im looking for about $3500 or a trade in that ball park i want either a newer subaru that is a 5 speed and preferably fuel injected. or a early 80s diesel vw rabbit maybe a stock honda civic also consider datsun pickups (prefferably 4x4) looking for a better commuter car let me know what you got dont miss this chance to get this cool piece of japanese steel email me or text at 707- four five zero eight six one one and let me know what you have
