I picked up a bunch of stuff a while ago including these struts and I was looking at them today and am not sure if they're original 510 struts or not. I was planning on removing the perches to put on some ZX struts I picked up, but I guess I'm not positive now what they're off of.
As you can see by the pic, they're stamped NISSAN with a part number of 54302 A3050 with 112 and KYB stamped below that. Overall they're 18" with about 13.75" to the bottom of the spring perch. I tried searching for the part number but nothing came up. I was cleaning them up a little so I could see the weld better before cutting but the bead looks a little sloppy like maybe someone had done the same already which is why I wanted to look them up.
What struts do I have?

Re: What struts do I have?
Did they have rotors or calipers attached? Might help us narrow it down.

Sorry, I was channeling my inner flatcat.
Re: What struts do I have?
Everything was taken apart when I got it but there was a pair of 510 calipers in the box along with rotors. I never tried putting anything together since I was mainly after the l20b short block the guy had.
Re: What struts do I have?
The caliper brackets match up with the struts and I checked the ones installed on my car and they look to be the same length measuring to the bottom of the spring perch, so maybe just an odd number not in the catalog for some reason. The bead on them just doesn't look factory and it had me questioning exactly what they were especially since the number didn't come up.

Sounds like they're probably 510 then.

Re: What struts do I have?
I think Driven is correct. I don't think they are 280zx struts because:
This one is.
Overall length strut housing
Close-up of that measurement
From the bottom of where the perch was cut off to the bottom of the strut
Also, on the side of mine it has:
NISSAN 54303 P9100
TOKICO
The stock 280zx perch is roughly 6 3/4" diameter.
From when I took measurements to convert mine to zx struts:
Stock 510 height from center of spindle to the perch is 12 1/2" - 12 3/4".
280zx's measurement is 11 1/2". From the bottom of the perch to the bottom of the tube itself is 10 3/4".
Hopefully this helps you narrow it down.
