Story behind the bell...
The collar is from the original flattened cat. His name was Obsidian. He was my peke-faced Persian I had for many years. Sunk-in face. Dark chocolate in color.
He was a sneaky little bastard. We had to install the bell to hear him sneaking out of an open door. He got so good at walking around with it the bell stopped making noise.
Obsidian wore the collar for many years. We never took off the bell because we had forgotten about it. He'd been wearing it for years without making a peep.
One day, coming home from work, I found the collar just laying on the couch-still buckled. Never saw my little buddy again.

Re: Redemption? flatcat's 521
It was a couple of months after we moved to Tri-Cities. We moved here April of 2010. So...June?
My guess...he was old, was sneaking off to do what old cats do...snagged by a coyote.
My confusion...how/why did he tke his collar off? Something he had never even attempted to do before.
This collar was hanging from the mirror first time I owned this truck. It won't be moving either.
Loved that guy. What a character. I honor him with the username. I've been using flatcat as my handle for many years.
There will never be another cat able to replace Obsidian.

Well you can send both them Dual SUs intake assemblies and the starter my way, then you will have that much less to deal with.

Re: Redemption? flatcat's 521
No. Just no. Good eyes though. I should have snapped the other parts pile too.
Do you need a set of SUs?
One set came from uberkevn(core set) and one from Jacob(good, clean running set.)
The starter, gear-reduction type, came from DatzenMike.
Wayno...
Do you know the size of the front bumper brackets to frame bolts.
Also, how many leafs in the spring pack of the 521 originally? I think Sergio removed too many things from this truck. Leafs included.

Re: Redemption? flatcat's 521
I don't need a set of SUs, but you said you needed less of a pile, so I offered to help you out.
I believe the stock 521 leaf pack consists of 4 arched leafs, and one flat overload on the bottom, but since you have lowered your truck, I would just find a set of 4X4 leafs from a 720 4X4, they are firmer and will better take a load when the truck is lowered if you are after lower.
The bumper mount bolts are SAE, that is all I know for sure, Mike K. might know the size.

To the right of the house there is enough parking for about 6 cars. Maybe more if strategically placed.

Ahh the joys of moving. Damn I dread it when it's my turn. The curb appeal of that one is nice. Are you buying or renting?
