Towed it to work and bent up some pipe. Ran pretty late last night so I didn't get the hangers done. I can do them later. Important thing is that I got use of the bender.

Like a box of mandrel bends? That'd be nice.

Yea exactly. Columbia River Mandrel Bending (http://www.mandrelbends.com/) has a great selection and you can pick up from their warehouse.

Just felt like bumping the thread. After a 450 mile trailer ride and a year and a half in the corner of my dad's shop, it finally lives in my garage again. No actual work has been done.

I'd love to. I have had a specific plan in mind this whole time as to the level I wanted to build it as it was never intended to be a driver again. Reliable and streetable, yes. But nicer than a daily driver. Well, 19 years have come and gone and with the mechanicals basically handled, it's down to body and paint. I'm getting tired of not driving it so I may just throw it together so that it's actually driveable instead of a pile of parts.

I would get it derivable asap, you may get more motivated once it moves under its own power.
Personally if any of my vehicles will not move under its own power it drives me nuts.

Well, this one is finally on deck. I'm waiting for parts to show up for my wagon so I dug a bunch of stuff out to take inventory. There's at least 2 boxes that I can't account for but IIRC they don't have any essential parts in them. The shopping list is huge and I'm estimating about $9-10k to get to driver status -- and that doesn't include paint or interior.

I (sadly) spent most of yesterday sitting on my ass creeping on other '35s and '36s to get inspiration. I've had a pretty specific idea in my head for almost 20 years how I want it to look and, after looking at others and considering my present situation, made a couple practical changes. This is the current object of my desire.

When I get the wagon wired and running there's going to be a big shuffle. Stay tuned.
