I got some good news in my mind, I seen a cardiologist today(heart doctor), and she only seemed interested in my heart rate and cholesterol, we talked about the cholesterol thing, and I said I was not at all interested in any more pills for that as I have had major issues with every pill I have been given for that, I will not take them anymore, she prescribed me a pill to lower my heart rate as I even think my heart rate is high, when they took my vitals my blood pressure was 104 over 62, but my heart rate was 88 beats per minute just sitting there, it has been like that since the pneumonia/not sleeping thing back in mid-October 2024, she said if my heart rate is lower my heart muscle can get more blood inside it and push more blood thru my body, it is beating too fast to fill properly so I am going to start taking that pill tonight, I am hoping it has no side effects.
In the end she did not appear to be worried about my heart at all, she said my heart valves sounded fine, this is good as I have heart damage from past heart events, my EKGs are ugly looking, ugly to the point when someone connects me up for an EKG I tell them I have heart damage so I don't get any concerned looks/questions anymore.
I am riding my bicycle 5.5 miles a day now and have been since late December, it takes me about 30 minutes now(improved by 10 minutes), and I feel better.

How are the pills doing for you? Doctor’s concerns seem promising.

Re: Around Waynos house
Right now, I am not sleeping that well because I quit taking the Furosemide that I took another 16 days of to see if that was the pill causing my sleep issues and it is, it takes a few weeks to get over that drug so I can sleep again, plus I have to control how much water I drink/take otherwise I get liquid around my lungs, I never had this happen before in my life before taking that pill, so it caused the issue, I regret ever going to that doctor and will never go to him or that building again for any reason.
A few days ago I rode that 5.5 miles in 22 minutes, I have not done that well since, 30 minutes Sunday, and 28 minutes today which is normal now.
So far the pill for lowering my heart rate, I cannot tell if it is what is keeping me awake right now because I need to get the Furosemide out of my system, my heart rate has not lowered that much that I can tell so far, today my blood pressure was 97/54 which is great, my blood pressure has not been an issue at all.
