Every trailer fender I could find was 14ag steel .... so I had to make my own, out of 20ag, even though I wanted 18ag

I was glad it was 20ag steel, cause it took a lot of weird bends to make it fit ... and I was careful to only do spot welds on the quarter panel (after everything else was welded, to not warp everything)

Sprayed sealer primer, then brushed on zero rust ... and will seam seal all the welds once the zero rust is cured

Put a flange on the muffler .... so I could run the exhaust under the axle:

Found some 2-1/4" DOM tube that fit perfectly over the 280zx struts:

I had no idea if this would work ... there's a small spacer under the T3 coil spring top hat:

Reading Just_Joel and Greengoon's threads, I knew I had to use adjustable TC rods and a stock sized sway bar:

And it worked!! .... it drives great, and almost feels exactly like the coilovers did ... just a little softer on bumps:

Bags! more and more I am starting to like them...

They also are great antitheft. How do you steal a car that is laying on the ground?

Car looks rad, Indy.

I need me a welder. And some skills.
