Never enough time to do it right, but always time to do it again eh?
It's a learning curve. You know what works and what doesn't so next time you can do it 100%. Don't cut any corners. Patience is key, walk away and take a break instead of doing something not 100%. I'm horrible at that It all pays off, trust me on that.

So I cleaned up all the wires and what not under the dash and the passengers side of the car is complete. It looks great.
before pics.
I had a question about overflow tanks.
How do people mount theirs in a 510 or put them?
I saw a couple threads and i saw the one with orange juice.
I was hoping to use an arizoa can? I already have the hose but not I'll have to find one with a cap. not the actual tin can
I also turned on the car today and took a vid since none of you have heard it.
it kills to see my engine bay like this.
want money to make it nice. wanted to do it white with the blue car. We'll see.
TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK!!

i painted my valve cover with rustoleum and wasnt sure. i painted before i thought of this...
but i wanted to put a metal flake coat, should i or will it get too hot?
and how do i know what kind of dizzy i have?
some guy randomly at the park near my house strolled by and stated i had a matchbox but was almost !00% sure i didnt?

Points work. Just keep looking for a good deal, on a good dizzy, meanwhile run the points, theres nothing wrong with that.
Ive allways ran points, and really only ajust them maybe once a year. If the dizzy is clean, condencer is good, then the points wear realy well.

I took off my points to take off my valve cover and totally forgot to mark which goes where on my dizzy...
I was wondering if you guys could help me anyway?
I know that there are only 2 of them i mixed up. they're either in the wrong spot and i know how to fix it.
I don't want to turn the car on and have some shit happen.
live and learn...
Any suggestions?
