So I got all the new AC in and attempted to charge it, and it blew out the back of the rusty manifold fitting. Cleaned it, put new seals in, tried again. It held and took a charge and I got 30 seconds of cold AC before it started leaking at the manifold fitting again. Guess what line assembly I can't buy anymore? Yep. So I'm going to get on from a pickup with the same back, roughly, and have the new manifold welded onto the old tubes. Gotta love retrofitting stuff. The van units are way different than the trucks to fit under the doghouse.
