But im also realy trying to keep the weight as low as possible.

Yeah I saw the one Bprojects had for like $80 and I'm way too cheap for that. $20-30 would probably be my upper cutoff on buying something I can just make out of some 14 gauge steel or aluminum. I mostly just want to be able to run a B210 driveshaft (which I have several, auto and MT) and have the upgraded rearend for the A14.

I've made an adapter to run the B210 driveshaft with a 1200 flange before (~15 years ago), but it really requires a lathe and a drill press to do it right. The B210 driveshaft is 7mm shorter so you can use a piece of 1/4 plate (~6mm) and rotate the bolts holes out of phase with each other, but if you want the centering hub to line up on both sides it needs to be cut down from a thicker piece of stock say 1/2 or so. I seem to remember starting with a big piece of aluminum roundstock and cutting both centering cones by eye and then drilling the holes but it was a long time ago.

I was surprised how much heavier the H150 is then the H145, I know they upgraded other parts besides the pumpkin, but honestly I never blew up an H145 with an A14 anyways and I certainly didn't baby them.

I loved to get an H165 for the B210 to put behind the KA. I have an H190 from a 510 wagon but it requires shortening the driveshaft, and supposedly the H165 doesn't. I have a really sweet rebuilt serviceable driveshaft on my 63A now and I'd rather not molest it just to run the KA.

Also the last of some bumper stickers I had made a long time ago, the company has since gone out of business (I trimmed off the ad before using).

These are the gaskets and steel spacer for putting H150 3rd member into a Datsun 1200 H145 axle housing. Parts were made on a programmable cutting table.

Okay so here are the super future plans. This is for much later down the road and will require a header of course. Both carbs run but I will probably rebuild and will definitely need to rejet etc... 45 DCOE's are super overkill of course without corresponding work done to the engine

You really do want to lighten the 1200 flywheel.. I used an A12 in my A14 that I had machined down.
