hmm...I came across many many MANY bolts in your garage haha. As for the rust I chiseled that foam crap off then used a wire brush attached to drill then i used some rust killer stuff.

I thought it was my hinges but i remembered wrong...the door had actually torn and my man had it welded back together. now its failing again.
