i'll have a KA 5 speed, a hardbody gas tank with intake fuel pump you could install the whole tank on your truck, though. (so no need for an inline noisy pump... this one is in tank and rated for KA...... A flywheel and good clutch.....

What engine/head? What year is the truck?

once I clean the block surface off i will check for cracks, the head is garbage... i'm not even gonna fuck with the head. I have a replacement in much better shape, looks new almost.
The front three pistons are clean as fuck, back one is dirty. it must have been blown blown? but the head gasket doesn't look fucked up... IDK. Check for cracks on the block, slap the new head on it after i set my straight edge on it, and GO!

^^^ Will do. normally i just replace a part and go, but it is wise to know what exactly went wrong.
Speaking of which. Whoever put this motor together should have their hands cut off. I'm no pro, not even close. I am still learning. But, I do know you should tighten bolts. And when one hose clamp doesn't fit, you don't put two together to make one... I mean shit really? they are two dollars...

Like Jacob said, check head.
If you have a garbage shock/strut laying around-cut it apart so you have just the shaft.
Makes for an awesome, cheap straight-edge.

Oh yeah, head gasket was never in questionl I just can't figure out where it blew out man. No obvious signs. usually the HG is fucked up in a spot or missing all together and been burned out of the motor. I checked the oil and its milkshake. i know the HG popped... Just dunno why.
That fuckin cam bolt was tight, the only tight bolt I came across. Turned my breaker bar into a fuckin horse shoe. Had to break out the 8" cheater bar (piece of pipe) to get the fucker to come lose. Ended up putting it in fourth gear, then putting a wedge behind the rear tire, and went to town... I was pulling so hard i lifted myself up off the ground, shoved into the fender then had my feet against the wall. I've never had a breaker bar bend like that. Was worried it'd bust and I'd have ate it in my face

I guessing head bolts were not tight either.
Coolant just poured into the cylinders maybe?
