Yup, runs and knocks like a mother fucker.
I get the truck, minus engine and carb. I will be pulling just the head/block and carb off and giving it back to guy im getting it from. Still runs alright, just knocks lol.

Sad face.
Really wanna hit that thing with a clay bar... Guess I'll just go play at the beach with the truck instead. It's 90 here right now.
May goto Home Depot and buy a 40" 6ft tall tool box too.

Yeah man I love that giant tall one. But the work table part of that is appealing. I can set tools on it and stuff, and work on motor bike engines blah blah.... Hard call tho....
I want to build a 16FT work table anyways...

I got the truck about seven last night. Got everything undone and called it a night about 1030. Pulled the motor this morning. Gotta figure out a way to get to Kim's house in Clarkson. I didn't buy the tool box. Don't have the funds right now. Got other priorities like getting this truck done and ready lol. Just cleaning it up now and polishing the paint.
I have pics but they will have to wait. Out of data on phone. So I will be away a bit.

yeah. i am supposed to be getting rid of the rear bumper and some buckets/tails from another 620 for this one. the front one is ugly.. I may replace it, idk yet..
There is a little rust in the driver rocker, probably passenger too. well, a lot in the rocker driver side. but the floors are fine, its just one section of the rocker that is garbage. bed is decent. couple bubbles but nothing crazy... little rust in the battery tray. floors looked and feel amazing tho... So it's not a bad start.
I swooped this cr80 up for nothing basically... Gonna fix/flip it... maybe fix/keep it... IDK yet. It's newer, kids would love to ride it... I am fixing this blue king cab just to sell.... I want another bike. Been enjoying riding more than datsuning lately.

You need to build a two stroke L16 - then maybe you'll be roosting from a Datsun more

Really not feeling this king cab. It needs to go away. Might of had it been disc brake in the front, but probably not
Plan is to dump an L motor in it, then get it the fuck out of here, tabs expired this month. was a daily before rod knock. Everything works. Gonna swoop on a dirt bike/quad with the proceeds
Got a 710 red wagon I am aiming at to get in the garage in its place. IDK its fait really yet either... Its automagic :\ It would be a fun cruiser to dump n drive. but Idk... Kinda jonesing for another A series car... 1200 210 early ass sentra... B12 maybe... IDK,,,,,,,,,,,

Took drive line off truck. They seem fine. Adjusted the E-Brake. Works good. Gonna take rear drums off tomorrow and inspect shoes. I saw random new parts from under the truck. Clutch line, maybe slave not toooo long ago. Maybe I should pull the info outta the glove box and see exactly what's been done
I did take a quick peek once. It said he had issues with it backfiring between shifts lol. same with me...

If you really want to see what's been done.. look at the service records!! This truck has em. It's was a 2 owner before you.
