BUMP'n ttt
still for sale, 1st $600.00 cash takes it. don't wait to long. Snow will be flying soon so buy BUY buy and get your winter project going. Clear mofo title. Don't get any sweeter then that.
a very short story time:
I lucked out, the lady that was the last registered owner of this 521 passed away last week. Glad I got the paper work taken care of before she passed. Other wise this 521 would be getting parted out. end of very short story.
Happy ending for the Datsun but not the PO owner. RIP

Re: 1970 521 L1600 4 speed
TTT, again
Had some people interested in the 521 yesterday. Hooked up the spark plug wires, removed the air cleaner top so to squirt gas down the carb, installed a battery, turn key while squirting gas in carb.. BAM, starts right up and idles on it's own.
love it when it does that.
Well they drive it down and back up the road a few times, we check to see if everything works like HL, dims, turn signals, brake lights, heater, wipers, back up lights and the radio. Everything was good except for the back up lights. They was really impressed when the heater was pumping out heat, they was like > .
We also looked into why the front tires were wearing bad, turns out the upper outer bushings need replaced. Nissian dealership can still order these today. Number 83, link to view what I'm talking about. V

I've got four new bushing I'm pretty sure.
Hell I know I have two new ones.
If you'd like to save some bucks I'd send them to you so you can fix it. Ha. I replaced mine already, it took some time cuz of some metal sleeve that go through the bushings.
