Thanks ..... but the dirty engine bay wasn't really "matching" the clean exterior:

I think I just used simple green, soap, and warm water,, and probably turtle wax after that.... The motor/intake got steel wool and Mother's aluminum polish.

My old 510 needed the suspension, brakes, and wheels to roll .... so the 710 struts went back on this giant wagon:

I got a CX racing radiator and fans, with the shroud, and it's a VERY low quality radiator ... too thin and not tall enough, but it seems to cool okay with one fan on most of the time.
and I modified a 240sx intake tube, by shortening it and moving the IACV outlet:

It was probably because I had the fan hooked up to a toggle switch, cause it died as soon as I flipped the fan switch. I had to disconnect the MAF to get it to idle and limp home. Everyone said I needed a new MAF, but that didn't fix it. Then I checked for vacuum leaks... nope. So I just took everything apart .. and broke out the cut-off wheel ...

A new/used ECU fixed the problem .. but when I drove it there was no power. It sounded like an exhaust leak, so I got a OBX S13 header:
but it didn't fit, so I got 2" extensions welded on at a muffler shop:

I finished polishing/shaving the intake:

The wagon still didn't have enough power .... it turned out the spark plug wire firing order was backwards ...
... but before I figured that out, I had already torn apart the whole wiring harness:
