Maybe you can mow that burm with with a gas push mower and figure out what it is for, maybe your neighbor knows what it is for?
I would likely level it so I could mow everything, but that is me.
What is the pressure washer for, I would suggest if you do not use it all the time like I have in the past, then do not use pump gas, find a place to get non-ethanol fuel or run it out of gas every time it is going to sit unused, do not let the gas spoil in the carb/tank, these days I turn the fuel off in my work pressure washers and run it till it dies, my blowers, weed eaters, edger, and chainsaws all get non-ethanol mixed fuel, and my lawn mowers, home pressure washer, rototillers get un-mixed non-ethanol fuel, they start every time, even my small tractor-lawn mower which sits all winter, I started it yesterday after I bought a small tractor battery instead of wedging a car battery in there.

Excellent suggestions. The bhurm is too sharp (probably pushed with a flat blade by a dozer or tractor ? Idk) for me to mow as of current unfortunately. I talked to the other neighbor and he said he’d try to see what he’d charge me to run his dozer over to scrap/smooth it out. He wasn’t sure himself. We don’t....get much rainfall here. The previous owner that had it done....died in his sleep and wife had no idea what half of what was going on unfortunately.
The pressure washer will only be used to paint the house , clean parts , under carriages , and small jobs. I use to live 3-miles down the road from ethanol free that was CHEAP. Now....you have to pay $20 a can of it (not even a gallon ?) from Lowe’s. Unbelievable. I need to find a local source , and the problem is everyone else is asking the same question.

I buy my ethanol free gas from the local 76 station, they sell it for classic automobiles and lawn and garden equipment, it has a red despencer handle, there is a Mobile station closer to me but they want more money(over $5.00 a gallon), while the 76 station is $4.75 a gallon(a mile farther), I bought $120.00 of fuel a couple days ago(just under 25 gallons), search "non-ethanol gas stations" in your area, there is about 10 or 15 places in Vancouver WA.

Appreciated. I will search again , I couldn’t find any before near me. Maybe I wasn’t looking in all of the right places.

If Postimage treats you like it does me, that's about 3 hours of pic upload.
You have some work ahead of you. Not jealous. Gonna look really nice when it's done though.

That is a lot of work, I had to pull up all the particle board held down with ring nails in the kitchen/dining rooms and bathrooms, the rest of the house the builders used regular nails, it was easier to cut between the nails nd rip the rows out then pull the ring nails with a giant crowbar.
I used raw Oak tongue and groove, you cannot get it at any of the big retail stores like Home Depot anymore, I did not check Parr lumber.
I am not saying you did anything wrong, but why did you pick that color?

What you described sounds like more work than we’ve had to do so far. The wood Oak tongue and groove ! Great quality stuff man. We chose this type of stuff since we have pets that are older (puking/scratching/etc) and little ones running around. Allegedly had a 15yr commercial floor rating on it.
How it came to The decision on the color ? I let my wife look at samples for about 6-weeks straight until she came to a decision. It was her #1 choice. It’s hard to tell , but there is more grey and brown wood tone in it than it appears. After laying more and more of it out in patterns , I’ve come to like it a lot. Happy wi fe happy life situation lol.
Fascinating thing though ? This floor looks different in different lights , and in person than the pictures truly show it to be. More grey , but also some brown to it. I’m certain this is more of a “trendy” popular color of the current times though *shrugs*. She wasn’t in love with red tones of the natural wood colors anymore.
I think In the long run , actual wood floors will always be better for a few reasons.

It took me a long time to do my floors, I removed a wall at the same time(planned), I had to open several bundles and separate the dark, medium, and light colors and mix them in to where it looked right, there are no dark and light areas, it is so busy that it does not look busy if you understand what I mean.
I used clear on my flooring, it is not dark, and it is not perfectly level, my floors have texture.
I also had that glue on my floors where there was linoleum flooring, but it was on that 3/4" particle board I removed from the entire house as the Oak staples would not grip that kind of surface, I read instructions that said don't install over particle board as I recall, it was a long time ago.
I removed everything from my floors, even the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, I even removed the toilets when I did the bathrooms, my flooring went wall to wall, even in the closets, when I put the cabinets back in, I made the counter tops out of the oak flooring also, it was a lot of work.

Blue, the color you're describing sounds a lot like what's in my house. Dark wood tone with gray hue, kind of like weathered barn wood. Looks more brown or more gray depending on the lighting and the color it's up against.
Not sure if it was a trendy thing or not but that's what was chosen. My builder used to have a flooring place, a carpet place, a tile place, a cabinet place, and a countertop place. A few months before our build he had found a place that did all those things and employed "designers". He'd just drop off a set of plans for the house and let them pick a package and send a quote. They were spec houses so he didn't really care as long as it was in the budget.
When the time came to choose all that stuff he sent me in and I brought my mom. My wife was still working 500 miles away. My mom and the designer would put combos together and text pics to my wife. It took all day and I found it excruciating.
They had everything separated by grades, 1-5. The higher the grade, the higher the price, and I think everything we chose was a 4. Three years later I'm mostly satisfied, but the carpet is shit quality. As soon as the old dog and older cat croak, we'll be replacing the living room carpet. Bedrooms don't get much traffic so they're holding up okay except right at the doorway transitions.
Sorry for the interruption. Keep up the good work.

Damn. I bet. That’s a ton....of work wayno. Oak is gorgeous. That sounds like the right way to me. I too , wanted to separate some boxes of flooring to look at the variations of light/medium/dark colors (factory did a good job of pre-sorting that). I honestly wasn’t planning on ripping out my kitchen cabinets. The existing countertops alone cost 170% of what I paid for my 19yr old grocery getter haha. Surprisingly , the kitchen cabinets are of excellent quality even by today’s standards. They need paint badly...and finished painting around the oven/refrigerator etc.

Nail on the head DRIVEN , That’s exactly how I would describe it ! Looks more grey or brown depending on what’s happening or angle or the light/type of light/amount of/etc. Same effect in pictures or in person. It’s interesting to say the least of how manufacturing tech has advanced to this point. Hey ! Those floors look good to me..!
...describing the process of waiting on someone to pick a color or tone excruciating is very appropriately on-point to say it nicely on my end experience as well. I nicely told mine “hey , if you’re not 100% , we ain’t doing it , I’m not tearing these out again anytime soon... lol “
This whole process started because....some previous owner pea-brain painted the kitchen tile AND...painted/coated !?!? With something the sheet vinyl....in the pantry ! Yeah , we were just going to do the kitchen/pantry floors period. After taking up the tile in the kitchen...I wonder if they made repairs to the tile in the center of the kitchen and tried to make it all match...by doing a bad job of painting it with whatever the offensive process/choice they choose to incorporate.
Concerning the pantry...I can’t tel you how slick...and how many times I started slipping on it... the few times I physically walked in the pantry. I then....literally went and grabbed our old “welcome” front door mat and tossed it in there for a temp solution. I’ve NEVER seen someone do that in my life. Not sure why they did that !? Then the replacing/remodeling monsters ugly head grew from there haha &&@“ !

So it begins. Laying from the front door out.
In case anyone does this in the future , the more expensive vapor barrier has built in manufactured peel-n-stick tape to join together. I purchased tape just in case for other purposes and when I accidentally cut through it.
