always nice to wrap up the little things!
Got some time last night to check out the breaks, ended up just needing to flush the system with new fluids.
Huge thanx to Banner for coming by to help on the truck and the goon last night, couldn't have done it without you man. Just plain feeling sick as a dog and have felt like this since monday
long story short, your breaks wont work very well if you have rusty water in your lines, or if you break fluid is black...........
All betterz now

some times i wonder who/what i was in a previous life..... cus with my luck i swear i used to be a shady mechanic :/
Ok, could deff use a hand with this one
a week or so ago i bled the breaks on my truck with RedBanner cus they felt squish and if i hit em hard they would go to the floor.
I thought all was well, but today im right back to where i was before but worse.....
The breaks "work" just not very well IMO
Check the fluid levels they are good,
looked for leaks - none to be found
checked the rear cylinders and the front calipers... both look good to me
Why the fuck did my brakes just get squishy again
And before anybody says it banner and I flushed every once of old fluid out of the lines previously

Is the brake master good? When I first got the 210, the brakes were squishy if I didn't pump them a few times. I ended up replacing the master and everything then they worked great. Same thing was the case on Zach's 620.

I think it's your master, also. I have issue with mine, but a little different.
If I hit the brakes on mine, they are right there at the top.. and I can pump them and they are fine too. but if i rest my foot or barely apply pressure it will hit the floor. I think the rubber plunger is falling apart causing fluid to go past. I know you bled the shit out of them, but maybe grab one more big bottle of dot 3 and give it one more shot before replacing the master.

does yours have the Load Sensing Valve?
i have one on mine still and ive given up trying to get good brakes. i can never bleed that unit, and i end up with shit brakes again..
the next chance i get im takin the shit off mine, and doing a normal front for front, back for back system..
just seeing if it could be a thing to check..

I don't think it's air In the system, but I've been wrong before
Been talkn to Bonvo and his idea of the piston in the MC getting stuck or not returning all the way matches up with what I'm experiencing. Off to go test the theory

Rear disc conversion...
Easy-take the axles to Ed to properly remove backing plates.
Brackets will go on when you put axles back in. It really is a bolt-on affair.
Not much work needed at all.
