Re: 521 owner here
While the wheels are off the ground....
Grab the wheel-not steering wheel-and give it a brisk shake left and right. Feel any clunks/looseness?
Now, top to bottom.
Top to bottom movement, you may need to put the jack under the LCA to load the suspension.
You may also need someone to hold the steering wheel while you doing your shaking.
If there are any loose parts an alignment is just a waste of money.

I have a feeling something is loose or broke down under there.
Broken I don't think so, could be loose forsure.
Please play again.
Re: 521 owner here
Didn't know we were playing.
Loose in what way? Loose where.
Edit* I didn't see the post some how...

Re: 521 owner here
As he said, after a certain point loose is broken, if it moves enough to change your alignment, it is broke.
When stuff moves around, it will change the characteristics of your ride, like stepping on the brakes and having it do something that is unwanted/undesired, and lifting it off the ground doesn't help when looking for issues, as the parts move to a position that is not normal, and everything gets tight.
The alignment shop should be able to tell you everything that needs changed, then change it, take it back and they should align it, if they don't work that way, go somewhere else, that is what Les Schwab does for me, and I think it should be that way everywhere.

Re: 521 owner here
Bring it to me. I'll give it a quick finger.
I'll even look at your truck too.
Not even 10 minutes worth of time.

Re: 521 owner here
take a look at the tension rod bushings also. If they are old and cracked will compress when you put on your brakes, will change the angle of the lower control arm ( force the arm backwards ) and make it pull to the left or right.

The white is super nice in there! If only it would stay clean, we'll see.
Wish it was coated py jrock so it would look a bit better but I think I did a good job painting it.

Thanks man, maybe could have done a couple more coats.
Ive been think about painting my 521 dash white. I think if I redo the suede on the dash same color just put some treatment on it so the sun doesn't fad it again and then paint the front part of the dash white it would make the suede really pop! And it doesn't cost much to do so I man do it.
