No they didn't, all them hubcaps are interchangeable, and these caps didn't fit any of them, I tried them on 521, 620 disc brake rims, and the Roadster wheels and they were too small for any of them.
They were significantly too small, with the 2 nubs inside the cap, the third one went about a third of the way across the third nub, the cap would have to be bent in 3 places to make it fit, and that would be very noticeable since they are steel caps.

Crap. Well, thanks for letting us know. I got all excited and found the ad and was about to buy them when I saw you say they were too small. You just saved me $90. Too bad too, my car still needs a decent set.

This is as close as it gets, there is no way to force it on, that is just too much to stretch it.

OK, I made another effort to fit the hubcap since last night, as everyone can see in the photo above, it has a long ways to go before the cap can drop over the nub.
So I tried to fit it by pushing/lifting up from the bottom while the cap is on the lower 2 nubs, I could get it close, but the moment I let go with one hand to try and push it over the nub it would drop to far down like in the photo above, I just don't have the strength to hold it with one hand this way, so next I tried by pushing down at an angle with the cap engaged on the top and side nub, I succeeded in installing it, but I am going to have to say that there is no way that a regular guy is ever going to get it on without damaging it, as if one hits it to pop it on, they more than likely will dent it, I didn't think I was going to be able to get if off without ruining it either, but with a screwdriver placed just right I got it off without damaging it to much, it flew off and landed in the street with the chrome side down and a few very small spots appeared about the size of a period/dot.
Here it is installed.

I will admit, it is not likely that anyone could remove this hubcap with their hands, but they could get it off with a sharp straightedge screwdriver right next to the nub, it took me two twists to get it off.

In your opinion, do you think they would fit if someone were to grind 1/16" - 1/8" off the outer edge of each nub?

I just really want these to work because I want em.

This is exactly what I was thinking about doing, that is why I mentioned that once the modification was done to the rims that normal caps would not work anymore, as they would be very loose or not stay on at all.
I did get one on the 720 dually diesel that has 620 disk brake rims, but it was difficult to do, keep in mind I am not a kid anymore.
It was hard to get the hubcap on, all my other hubcaps go on a lot easier, but they are old like me, in other words, they are broke in.
I am of the opinion that they will fit now, I jumped the gun on saying they don't fit, they do fit, but are not easy to install.

They are re-pops in my opinion, the center circle ridge is not crisp, it's more rounded than a ridge.
But for $89.00 I consider them a deal, I have $250.00 into each of my 320 hubcaps, $125.00 for fixing them, and $125.00 for chrome plating them, so $89.00 for 4 what looks to be freshly chromed hubcaps seems like a deal to me.
Just remember that they appear to be slightly small, and are hard to install because of that.

I started working on the hood yesterday, it's actually so warped/bent up that I don't know why I am even trying to fix it, but it looks good from a distance.

Then I did the top of the fenders.



Then I sanded down the left rear fender and primed it again, as the paint I used on it reacted to the primer I sprayed on it later, it spider webbed.

Well it is all one color now, most of the bad stuff(dents & such) is fixed.




If I was in a hurry I would just take it to Macco and have them paint it before Blue Lake so I could drive it there nice and shiny, but I seen a few more spots that need to be fixed better, so I will live with it right now.
This has been a very long build, I will be happy to be done with it so I can move on to something else, the U320 really needs some attention.

Is this just rattle can primer?

I strongly suggest to spray an actual primer before paint (one that works with whatever paint you are using).

Too many times I have seen paint fall off of rattle primer.



Also, on the hub caps, Is there enough room to remove like an 1/8" from the lip all around? This would make the opening a tad bigger, and bring the cap in a bit, but having never actually dealt with these caps Im not 100% how they fit.

Yes it is rattle can primer, and yes I do plan to use real proper high build primer before I paint to take the small scratches out the best I can.
The sanding coming next is the most time consuming, that is why I said I was hoping to get it done this summer, I actually hate hand sanding the most, it takes forever if the metal is not straight to start with, and this metal on this truck is not straight.
As for the hubcaps, they can be put on, I mentioned I might have jumped the gun on saying they were too small, but they are very hard to install, it could be because they are new, it could be that they are slightly too small, I got one on, my used hubcaps are a lot easier to install.
The chrome finish on the hubcaps is not the greatest either, they don't have a mirror finish, but they are very shiny, so I will use them, for $89.00 they were a deal in my opinion.

The engine compartment/door jams are red, but I don't think I do good enough bodywork for red.
I was considering Bamboo Tan, Tan, or Off White, as anything out there in the world that even looks similar to this is some kind of light color, Light Tan or Off White mostly.

have you considered trying to use guide coating to see how close your body work is ? Of course it's a little more time into the project but the results are well worth it. Just a thought.

I am going to use high build primer, a couple coats at least, when I start sanding that I will know where all the high and low spots are, as I will likely sand all the way thru to either metal or at the very least the original colors of the truck.
This truck is not very straight, and after I extended and modified it, it was that much more warped, this thing has thousands of spot welds, and where I connected the box to the cab, well I did the best I could, it is what it is, one of my creations, they look good from a distance.

It has its first coat of real primer now, I tested a spot this morning and had no issues, so I primed the whole truck except for the tailgate, I can't drive it now because it has no lights at all, either they have been removed(front and taillights), or they have been covered/masked, it looks better/straighter than I thought it would, I have a few very small spots/dimples that I will fill, but that should only take a few hours tops, maybe if the second coat looks good I will attempt to paint it before Blue Lake.

The truck is completely primed now(second coat), I will start touching up a few spots tomorrow, then all it needs is to be sanded and painted.
Picasa is no more, I will try to use the add image option we now have.
