The battery tray will get shaved and relocated

The engine bay will get cleaned up as well. Holes filled and seems smoothed out

And as a cool little perk when I asked the painter if I left a digital camera for pics if he would takes some he informed me that it's standard procedure at his shop to photo document the restoration process so that he can show what was fixed and that it was fixed right not just filled bondo! Which was stoked to hear

and one of those two sets are going in my car, i much prefer the earlier body style lights and now is the time not after paint so i asked the body guy what he would want to do that mod and it was stupid cheap so i went for it

Be super careful with that trim... Those seals are hard as fuck to find i hear, and new ones don't accept the trim or some shit?

Finding the clips to hold that trim on may be a bit of a challenge. I found some years ago, but I forget where I got it from.. I'll try and look up the ordering slip.

Quality Paint used to have a pretty good selection of trim clips.

From what I understand the body buy has solutions for most trim clips

Guess we will see, but I'd take any info u have micro

These are the ones. I was given an NOS OEM clip by Aaron Suchy. According to him, he got the last few that were available in the States through Nissan. I bought a set of these, and they are identical all except for the color is a little different. Irrelevant.
