My main goal was to have a unique place to show off what Jacobs making and to do that I needed a metal mount. I've never seen anyone else do it so I figured game on,

think of it like this. It's already apart and not installed. Do you want to just do it now while its part, and out / then not again for 200k miles. Or do you want to do it at some random point. Like a road trip?

Might as well spend a few hundred more on foreged pistons and stuff to prep for a future turbo upgrade too! :cha:

Your pistons are probably fine.

Re-ring hone, and bearings would be more than good enough.

Was this thing a solid runner before you got it?

Yep, this was a runner. Just dirty, it turns freely with no odd sounds and there's still cross hatching marks.

this motor will stay NA, to do forged internals will cost me big time. Thats will wait for my other DE build
