That 720 was a steal at that price.
Been thinking about putting my daily Honda on CL in trade for an 81-82 720.

Just realized that's the guy we got the 4dr from. Traded a broken surfboard and a camera lens for it.

Speeds auction this Tuesday (Sept 10th) has this 1982 Maxima listed as a "Runs with problems". . . I'm gonna guess, since the body's nice and straight, and the interior isn't trashed that we're looking at about $400 to $500 with paperwork fees.

I emailed the seller about that B210. Might check it out soon if it doesn't get snatched up.

Anyone in the Salem area want to check that car out for me? It'd be much appreciated before I waste the gas to get over there.

Here's the skinny on the b from the seller:
Yes its a 5 spd, Brakes and tires are in good condition…Has clear title…
The engine starts and runs but I think there might be some damage underneath.
My mom went off the road after having a wheel drop off the edge of the road. It didn't roll or hit anything but it needed a tow truck to pull it back up onto the road. During that process the bottom scraped along the lip of the pavement.
Other than that everything seems to work fine…the interior would need some help as the driver seat has a couple of tears.
The vehicle has 98,000 original miles.
My opinion: you wouldn't regret it Matt. A series engines are fun, reliable, and cheap to turbo (if you've got the balls). Good chance it has a dogleg, as well.
Offer 400, drive it home, change the oil, and drive it moar.

Well my options are either sell the 620 and get the B210 or just keep the 620.

A series can get expensive. Fun cars. Lots of thumbs up and people wanting to talk about your b and how they had one and their parents.
Super easy to work on. Push rod motors ftw! A lot easier to do a head gasket on them than an l series

The cost of the 5speed alone makes it worth it.
I wouldn't stress the scraping under the car.
If you want it, get it.
But just know this car will need work too...just like your 620...which is rad, by the way.
