The left fender is accsess able, my garage has alot more room, in the theory atleast lol, just so much stuff that no one will ever want or need.

This little piece o shit decided to crumble causing my brake lights to stay on. Roomie came home lastnight told me they were on, thought we temporarily fixed it. Go out few minutes ago and bastards were on again. So we disconnected them for now.

What is that, and where did it come from?

It came from this area and it feels like it may have once been a semi-soft rubber material.
