One partial day is all that took, that is amazing.
It took me weeks and I was always worried about getting it dirty before I sealed it, I put wood in position and stood back and looked to see if it looked right before nailing it in position.
I also did the bedrooms, but you did a lot for how many hours??
Since my house appears to be like yours(long double wide??) I started in the hallway and did all the bedrooms first which allowed me to do a room at a time, then I sealed them, then I continued out into the living space all the way to the wall, this way I had 2 directions to do, north was the dining/kitchen, south was the living room, with it being togue and groove I had to add a togue on one side to continue that way the length of the house, so one piece had a togue on both sides and it all blended together in the hallway, I sealed the house in two sessions.

Oh yeah no bedrooms for me ! I did the middle bath , hall , living space/dining/kitchen/pantry (which is basically all one as you see). Oh , it took me longer than it seemed. I’m just catching up on documentation on this particular project. I might have spent at least 6-8 hours ? Chipping up tile in itself. Life just kept getting in the way. Today , since we had a break in potential freezing low temps (halfway joking) I had to get up on the roof to take a look at the evap cooler. It’s plumbed into the house obviously.
Previous owner wasn’t a DIY person when it came to household stuff.
Back on the evap thing. I turned my attention to the controls. I then , ran this switch to “pump only” to run water into the unit to prime it. Couldn’t hear the water running through the line. Ran the fan and it works quiet and flawless. Crude but very effective in this dry environment.
Older unit , but guessing not original
Appears to be a Master-cool type unit MC63c
Previous owner wasn’t a DIY person when it came to household stuff.

^^^ Evap cooler Water pump would not come on until wiggle junction box plug. Purge pump wouldn’t work at all. I took them both off the roof to test in patio outlets. Water pump is good ! It’s missing the filter screen mesh though. The purge pump is bad and doesn’t have a timer (I’ll need to read the instructions to see if it has a built in timer to purge older calcified/bacteria water in the pan , which I doubt but haven’t gotten that far). Timers are available to plug and play for that though.
So , yeah , needs to plug at the box. $19 + shipping and tax not too bad. Previous owner quoted $850 to fix it I believe not including anything else such as the pad , float , and purge pump.

The cooling pad to this unit has seen better days. That’ll likely get changed out
Squirrel cage blower motor bearings feel smooth...I’ll order some turbine oil or pick some up for those.
Yeah...think I’ll just put another float and valve in while I’m doing everything else. I don’t want to be up on the roof constantly. Yet , having new Chinese parts over old Chinese parts doesn’t guarantee I won’t be...lulz

I think I can get it all done for a conservative $250 after tax. Not bad at all considering the energy it’ll save me.

Yeah , the pantry itself is huge , we really enjoy it. There’s a few more cabinets in this house than the last for sure.
This stuff is LVP . *Allegedly* 15yr commercial use rated. I think this stuff is a bit more forgiving with the longer continuous run of planks and working with my surface level imperfections (which is very good but by no means perfect..)

I wouldn't worry too much about the cooling pad. Unless it's got missing sections, probably no point in replacing.
