Last week's wind storm was a bit harsh on my hobo garage!
Dave's hobo garage held -up well and it's 3 years older then mine. The frames on the newer models are much easier to assemble but front and back flap material is MUCH thinner! 11mil tarp to the rescue-when I get back up there...

I picked-up 11mil trap off of Craig's List, 10X20 and a butt ton of bungee cords, because the eyelet spacing never lines up so you can use the ones already in place. Doubled the bottom of the trap, to the inside and tied in place. The wind will have twice as much to beat through, it 's doing well against the strong east wind out of the gorge that's been blowing fairly hard this week. If it last a year it was worth the twenty bucks!

I wish i had the space to put one of those car ports... and the cars.... and the carport itself. Lots of jelly here.
Looking really good though!

It was a bit on the damp side this past December and after a week of cold weather Dave and I got the final HoBo garage in place today.
Have to put 1200's inside of course!
The roof on the far right was replaced in November and lasted only 2 winters, the replacement came from a company in Oregon City- they said it would last 7-10 years! It's twice as thick as the old one.
As far as cars...
A Saab, turbo charged A12, and NO it's a mess! An ex-drift car! Needs floors and a trunk and one rocker- sound familiar??
And then this 73 grey/green coupe, once again, sometimes bad is BAD!
So far not too bad...
I have been wanting a front clip for engine/header mock-ups and possible engine set-backs and suspension mock-ups.
The engine in this car is the only one that would not run, compression what compression? I thought they all pumped water out the tail pipe! Not good!
