lol. Half pot of coffee between 7 and 730, and two of those on the trip. Didn't do much for waking me up, more like having to piss bad.
Went to mollala. Got it! Fires right up, scoots right along. Front forks need new oil, and the choke doesn't stay popped up you have to hold it. Its been rebuilt, new gaskets, awesome compression. Someone took care of it. Dude said he got it from a blue collar guy... Took good care of it. I had to give it a bath as it was dirty upon trade. Rode it around the yard for a half hour first lolz.
It's a good bike, runs out nice. Revs out nice. Do like! Will be taking some pictures and seeing what's out there for trades.
Couple pics.
PS. This is pre-washing it. Dirty in the pics

Thanks man! Looks pretty awesome washed
Bark busters have a couple scratches, one or two small holes in the seat. not to bad tho. Rips my ass across the yard with no problem.

Good one
My buddy sent me a text... Bringing the bike to his place later. he's interested in buying it - and that was the purpose of getting it. Selling it or trading it for something else. There is the problem. he's my buddy
Hes a buddy, so he'd get it cheaper then what I would sell it to a stranger. My issue is.. If I sell it for cash I will want as much as I can get. I am far more interested in a trade for a 4 stroke... or putting both bikes as a package and trading for something a bit nicer... or a quad even.

Well. The 125 is on its way to Tillamook. Sold it tonight. Made a couple bucks on it. Now I can pay my over due gas bill and fill up the truck, get couple much needed items and not be so stressed out.
Still have the 80! Can rip that thing around on the beach for a little fun. Once tax returns get back, I will pickup another 2 stroke 125 to scoot around on.

Alright, so the time has come. Sometime this week or early next I will be picking up a new dirt bike (small chance it will be a quad, most likely a dirt bike).
Having a tough time making a call. 2 strokes are floating around for about 1400 and under. Most 4 strokes are going for that or more... I don't want to spend too much on something i only get to use a few times a month at the moment (but, I did join up with a cycle club so I will be doing a lot more, plus learning motocross).
I see a few 2 stroke 125's. The pros of those are they are light weight, cheap, cheap parts. They like to go fast. Cons, they are meant to go fast lol. So you gotta be quick even on trail riding.
Couple 250 2 strokes floating around. Again, good quick bikes. Only pros to ad would be faster... Con, would be having to ride it faster down the trails.
Looking at a few 4 strokes. They are good bikes, not as fast but can lug nice on trails, up hills, electric start. not as good in the sand, tho. Kinda slugish.
Tough call to make

250s are maneaters. Living in your area, I'd be looking for a 4-stroke.

I guess if you have to flip a couple more 2strokes to get there, that's a sacrifice you'll need to make
.
