It's simple.
I am in a position I don't want to be in. I need to get some cash rounded up for things. And the importance of those things outweigh the importance of the car. (There are a lot of other issues going on too, but you know about some of them). My insurance is past due, so is my gas bill. I pay child support for my kids, other peoples kids (long story but I got shafted). I've been working for 14 years now and some how managed to make less than 11 bucks an hour and am lucky if I hit 24 hours a week. It all falls on me. I am responsible for this house, supporting the GF and myself and all the bills. I normally wiggle around and figure things out but I am at the bottom of the barrel now. GF started a job, her cars dead in my car port, she doesn't feel comfy driving a stick. I gotta get some funds up to fix her ride. I have those wheels for sale, too. But not a single email or inquiring about them. At this point I am taking a loss on the wheels, by a lot. And even that isn't enough. The B is up for sale too, and will be until I get some money somehow else, or it sells.
I do sell and go thru cars a lot, but didn't think there would come a day when I would list that for sale. I did the other day too, but was able to borrow a substantial amount of money to bandaid some of my problems, and took the ad down. problem with bandaids, sometimes they come off too early. Get it? Whether I want to sell the B or not (trust me, its or not). The responsible thing for me to do to save my ass, my house, my well being including my families... Is sell off "wants" for our "needs".
People will get mad if this sells. That is a consequence I will have to deal with. I don't want anyone to be upset or lose any friendship out of this.

I am living it. Broke ass rollercoaster ride. Someone should fix it
The price listed, I doubt it's gonna move fast. I'll probably retire before it sells
I get paid in 7 days. If i can squeeze by for 7 more days... I think I can pull out of this shit. Plus the GF will be having nice paychecks soon. Nurse tech at an assisted living place. Pays just more than I make, but 40 hours a week and paid holidays if she works or not! Can't beat that.

Cool truck. Him and I are worlds apart on price, though. Not worth 1000, specially in todays market and being close to xmas. I'd pony up 500. for another few hundred I could have a 79 with disc brakes, 5 speed and a matchbox with a new weber.
