No doubt. I was shocked when my brother got $5k for his 521 a few years ago. Now it seems to be a starting point.

I'm not afraid of dealing with the DMV, as long as it's not a stolen car (VIN check is easy).
This isn't "my cup of tea", but seriously ... it's a smoking deal for someone.

Dead Kennedys theme? Interesting choice. Looks like a fun car. Too bad it doesn't have more sleeper cred.

Welcome to NWD :)

Yes it seems like a lot, a lot depends on if it is a dependable driver, or someones fixer upper.

Another project that focused mainly on the looks, then they gave up before making it drivable...

63 datsun nl320 .$5,500.00 NO TRADES!! (please don't ask) . this is a project, being sold as is. Still needs wired, brake & fuel lines, air ride management (has t'd lines for air hose fitting right now to raise n lower), drive line made, among a few other things.. has a ka24e sohc engine & 5speed including harness and computer , 18,20 centerline smoothy wheels, hankook tires, new interior and carpet, there is no bed floor, has custom built frame, with custom a arms, 4 link bags, hardbody dropped spindles, visor above windshield imported from Australia (removes with e 4 screws) ...again it is a project being sold as project, it does not run right now, will have to be trailered as please email questions
I'm not a fan of the fake patina, this thing looks like a joke to me. :D

Every photo I have seen of that truck in a show had every vehicle slammed around it, everything was sitting on the ground, that is what "BillyBob Customs" was into.
I knew this was going to end up being sold, to bad it wasn't finished.

I know I'm dating myself, but I remember when folks didn't dare show their cars and trucks until they were finished.
Now it seems it has gone from showing a "work in progress" to ... non-functioning "garage art", which is sad to see.

I agree, it has that look to it.

Don't get me wrong, I like seeing cool builds with creative work done - sans a lot of bling or fancy paint work - I appreciate that.
This looks like it wasn't engineered well. It was built purely for shows and online publicity. It's not like it will ever be on the road.

Some folks are on the lookout for these ...

I have both sides of a '71 Datsun Pickup split bumper. In decent shape with surface rust on inside and some surface rust on underside as seen in the pix. Will clean up nicely. No mounting hardware. Will throw in passenger-side rear lights assembly.

I am putting up my 65 Datsun 410 for sale again. I had it up before and have since had it painted and added black alloy wheels. It is a 65 410 mounted on a 78 Datsun truck chassis. 2.0l engine 4 speed manual trans 4 wheel drive with high and low range This is an amazingly rust free vehicle considering it is a 65 datsun. Manual steering manual brakes. Comes with a tow bar for flat towing. Comes with a bunch of extra parts including an uncracked original dash and a full set of extra glass. Offers will be considered but no trades at this time. Come see it in person and fall in love with it. Everywhere you drive this thing people want to stop and look and take pictures. Thank you for your time.
