selling for a friend. Asked what's wrong and he says it needs a timing chain. That all he and I know. Have title.

Hint, thats a single cam KA24e, not Z24. Trucks were throttle bodied injected.

Thanks Laecaon, when I saw the 2400 on the VC, welll you know where I'm going with that.
also forgot to look at the sticker on the underside of the hood to confirm what engine it had.

Thats a cheap swap, sell what you can of the rest, scrap what you cant, every single ka in the world needs a timing kit anyways!

I would buy it but I'm not taking on anymore projects.
way I see it, it's got the wheels, good front WS, their $$ for the cat, sell a few parts, save motor/engine and exhaust system then scrap the rest. Not sure what scraps going for right now but my JY owner friend just hauled a semi load to the scrapper so the price must be up.
this friend that has it now will scrap it if it doesn't sell. He is just given me the chance to find someone that might be interested.
