1975 Datsun 620 4wd standard cab with L22 engine (Z22 with open l20b head).
This truck has a professional fabricated aluminum intake manifold and is running quad Mikuni Yamaha R1 motorcycle carburetors.

It has a 5-speed Z transmission, a Dana 20 transfer case, front disk brakes on a Dana 30 front axle with 488 ring and pinion, LSD rear Nissan axle with 488 ring and pinion, K5 rally wheels with NEW 32x11.50R15LT Wild Country MTX tires, gear reduction starter, electronic ignition, 70 amp alt, dash is in nice shape, halogen headlights, 620 lighted switches, and factory Nissan oem tachometer. I have a few extra parts that will go with the truck: hood, lower valance, center console. and header.

It runs and drives. Everything works: lights, blinkers, brakes etc. The truck needs a ujoint and a tie rod replacement. I would suggest traction bars and replacing the factory Nissan fuel pump with the R1 electronic unit. The truck is more or less straight however the cab/body is VERY rusty! Think Flintstones and cottage cheese rockers!

Selling price is $3000, no offer will be considered equipped as described. However, offers well be considered with removal of parts.

Yes DMT is still up and running its kinda like this place just maybe a hair less busy.
Think of it this way, DMT is primarily east coast guys were this place is primarily west coast.

I have been talking to a transport company about transporting this truck from Washington to North Carolina. I am very interested in buying this 4X4 620. I need to replace the 620 king cab I wrecked on Halloween.

+1

I've seen this truck on CL ... it sure has a lot going for it. It's cool that you're straight-up about the rust. I think it's fair to say it's not necessarily a turn-off, the truck isn't a show-queen or anything, but it would be a rude surprise to find it upon inspection. So "good for you" for being up front about it. All and all it looks like a good deal - GLWS!

I'm surprised these haven't been addressed, but I guess it wouldn't increase the selling price or anything. Does it need a U-joint up front, or one in the rear driveshaft?

One if the U-joints in the rear shafts has a tiny amount of play. The front right tie rod grease fitting needs to be replaced.
