Fuck datslocos. I won't go to any show put on by that group.

If you look on the event page on Ratsun, first page, 80% of the posts are datslocos.


It is a bit uncomforting to me.

Why does datslocos has to be every event?
It's not like he himself is holding the thing. His name is just attached to all of them.

Why can't it just be a Datsun event? Nothing else?

The events you are referring to are either Datslocos (club) events,or are jointly organized/sponsored by Datslocos.
I realize Datsloco is a person, but there are also Datslocos clubs, for example Datslocos Oregon.

Which were all initiated by the member datslocos.


Is there an ego issue happening that his name has to be attached to everything?



I was thinking about doing this bend show bit am deciding against it.

To me, it doesn't feel like it's about Datsuns as mush as it's about the name.
Maybe there are other concerns I evolving things associated with the name.

I'm sorry that you are feeling that way. I don't know whether you have a personal issue with Datsloco the individual, or do you have an issue with one of the Datslocos clubs,for example Datslocos Oregon, which is the club Al, myself, & many others are members of. It is the clubs that are putting on these events that have the name Datslocos attached to them. For example, Rat's with Dats, is an event organized by Datslocos Oregon, Datsuns around Bend is an event co- organized & put on by people who are members of Datslocos Oregon, as well as other people. It is my personal goal to support all the other Datsun related clubs,& thier events,whether they have the club name Datslocos Oregon attached to them or otherwise. That includes Datsuns NW, & the Canby show, & also Blue Lake. I will help those clubs,support thier events in whatever way possible,be it OFFICIALLY as The Vice President of Datslocos Oregon, or just personally.
I hope this clears up any confusion, & resolves any issues you may have with our club.

Datsuns of South Oregon? Datsuns of Eastern Washington?

Why give datslocos credit he didn't work for?


Me, I don't like the way the person presents himself/acts.
His local band of merry men are as pleasant as he.

I have not personally met him,because I haven't been out of Oregon since out chapters of the club he started in California were formed by Albert. In the beginning of Datslocos Oregon, we had 4 regional groups. For example I am the leader of the Northern Oregon region, which has also included Vancouver, & obviously the area around Canby, where I live. We have Albert's regional group in Eugene, Jorge's regional group around Medford & Aaron recently started running the group around Bend. There was talk of a chapter starting in Washington, but I don't know what ever happened with that group.

They didn't pass the gang initiation.

Lol . We don't have a gang. No initiation, NO DUES, no criteria to meet in order to join,other than owning a Datsun, or at least wanting to own a Datsun. We do have a lot of meets,/events. If you're not interested in actually getting out & doing things in your Datsun, & prefer to just sit home & look at it sitting in your garage......
