Overwhelmed by the timing issues on the KA, my buddy and I got the '78 620 running and driving.

This one didn't take a whole lot of work to get going. The motor dropped right in, exhaust lined right up. The fuel tank and lines were flushed out and replaced. Brake and clutch hydraulics were flushed. Here's something you don't hear every day, the he had the drive shaft lengthened using a 510 shaft for tubing. Just the front half had to be longer to accommodate for the non-stock 4-speed. I tried telling him he should wait and find a 5-speed instead, but he got tired of looking quick. lol
