New World Datsuns...

Story goes,
Steph had one for a few years(she loved it, it was a great beater) but it had rust problems,making it not worthy of much other than a a parts rig in the end, so in 2011(late) I/we decided it was time to make it a donor car,so parts went to 510s(and in the pile)
I told her one day,she get a better one, that day was Monday(this past)

Cruising craigslist, this shows up in Victoria, for a great price(guy stated it needed some tlc,great this is normal for Datsun)
So email the guy,stating we were VERY interested in it, But one problem it was the end of the long weekend here(and it was just under 200 miles away)
I asked the guy if he would hold it for us until late Friday or Early Saturday, he said sure,but Saturday would be best,ok no problem.

So this morning, we leave here at 5:30, making the drive(approx 3-4 hrs) really foggy , slow going.

So here it is, more pics later(its dark now)

Thanks guys, She is really happy that she got another 200, She was sad to see the other sacrificed(but understood,it was its time)

It does have some rust,bottom of the front fenders is crusty.
But all in all a good driver for Steph

I am trying to convince her it needs some wheels of some sort, We do have the zx snowflakes that are supposed to be for the gray 510, but maybe??
We shall see, also said,needs a coil or two cut

what year is it ? Their used to be a lot of them in the valley but no mores.

82, same up here they were everywhere, now they are none.(or few)

did find one a couple of years ago at a guys personal JY and says he's going to give it to his niece or nephew, figured it life span is going to get short now.
