She's a 76 Sierra Grande. Who knows how many miles as the Speedo head has been replaced. The motor is a fairly new Delco reman backed by a 4spd manual. She seems to be a good runner and will do 70 at least but that's about as far as I push her right now. There are a bunch of things I need to fix but it'll do what I need for now. But there is a list of the things I know and/or fixed.
standard cab long bed
lime green in and out
350 4bbl
4spd manual
205 pt case
14 bolt ff original posi but now pegleg
44 front from what I can tell
dual tanks. I need to replace fuel lines for them to work though
clearance lights that don't work and broken lenses
non ac
no cruise
non tilt. The only thing I wish it had.
dual exhaust with holes
sitting on 31/10.50/16.5s.... Worn out tires. That sucks.
and a bit of rust.... Typical places.
and a Sony 2 knob cassette.
here are a couple of pics my kid took. i misplaced my camera but found it, after dark..... yay.... oh i also fixed my turn signals, and installed my Grant steering wheel. its a little small but it works and looks good.
I am going to be attempting to restore this truck to the best of my abilities.

Got one out front of the house! Great truck..... not so great at not rusting tho.
Good news is they do make every little tiny part still, thats awsome.

yeah shes rusty as hell but she gets the job done, as long as you dont want things to stay IN the bed. i got a big hole under the tool box covered with a piece of carpet. thats how i got the thing. looking for a new 83-87 dual tank bed right now. it will bolt on and give me smoother sides and much better looks. no i am NOT converting to the later fronts. i like my rounds
as for parts, ALMOST every part is available. if she was a Chevy, then i could get everything. i cant get a new grille, but the chevy one i can. LMC truck will be my friend.

that is a list
The motor doesn't look too bad. It has some gunk on it, but nothing too unreal really for the age. hell better than some. Looks like everything else was neglected. Good on you for getting it back up to par man.

thanks guys. well the motor has been replaced which is nice. she idles at 650 smooth as glass. as of this evening, new Warn hubs.... i needed the truck tonight so i bit the bullet and grabbed some from the local jeep shop. i could have had them from my work for about $40 cheaper but had to wait till tomorrow (friday) and that wasn't going to work. looks better with the new hubs.

Also just noticed the rotors. Not a lot of surface is there? Pretty thick tho

yeah not a whole lot of stopping surface but they are beefy in proportion. and yes i know i have to do pads and rotors in the next 6 months or so.
today though i got a few more things from the yard. picked up an OE tape deck, a pair of clearance light to replace 2 that were trashed, a replacement side marker with chrome trim, and a latch for my slider. i also picked up a new steering link assembly. it goes from the gearbox to the steering arm attached to the left steering knuckle. that will go in tomorrow when i get up to my buddys place to fix his car. hopefully all will go well.
