Datsun content \youtube

You guys, Datsuncrush on youtube, the views and subs are criminally low.. I couldn't believe how well put together his videos are. Check them out, here's one with Dan and art. https://youtu.be/MzHpEwDdupE His views and subs don't match the quality of his videos. We need to help this guy grow a fan b...

Re: Greenvanner?...

Well, it's been awhile, I got a th350, got that sucker up in there. It fixed the crossmember issue, had a drive line sorted, took 2 tries but it's all good, I am just needing to find a kickdown cable bracket that sits alittle further from my carb, and thats about it.. oh brakes. Needs some brakes.

Re: Greenvanner?...

When I say "I have" a trans and junk, it's actually sitting at my folks house in vancouver. So it's not in my hands, but it's one I know, and was rebuilt recently.

Re: Greenvanner?...

Well after a few weeks of barely poking at the van, I just ran out of fuck to give about this th400, and the many many jimmy rigs the po did to "install" it. I got myself a th350, the correct crossmember, a flywheel and torque converter all cheap. Last thing I need is a driveline... well that's not ...

Re: Greenvanner?...

My citation was 45$ to transfer and licence when I was in highschool. It was going to be more, like 335, but I convinced the lady it was a passenger van, and not a truck.. and of course the sale price was on the bill of sale, I hate when that happens.

Re: Greenvanner?...

I almost got a new jack, but they where out. I did get a argon regulator but can't get it fitted to my junk welder for like a week, waiting on a 5/8x18 to 1/8 npt adapter bushing. So I can get the gas from the bottle to the liner.

Re: Greenvanner?...

Well, I'm off on a voyage to spokane. To see a team of neurologist that have gathered to poke and prod and twist and inflate my leg up. I'm hoping they don't go all out so I can hit up the harbor freight and get a floor jack and argon regulator. I don't get up near a hb often, 3 hours from home, but...

Re: Greenvanner?...

Probably the worst vc I've ever put back on a motor.. was going to paint it but never mind, just uncaved where the chain had crushed it, and pounded it as flat as possible. https://s18.postimg.cc/yplfif7g9/20180312_151741.jpg cleaned it up, and used a good brush of high tack. https://s18.postimg.cc/...

Re: Greenvanner?...

Well nothing is easy, I have to modify the pedle and or brake to get this kickdown switch in. After much back and forth I decided that the bracket must get modified. It hit the heater vent, wiper motor and the fire wall. And put the peddle on the doghouse. So I lopped the top off, and cut a big ol p...

Re: Escape From the Prison Planet

Man hope they kick it into gear, my brother, a friend, and I used to do a 3,000 foot house in hardy plank, trimmed and caulked in one day. It's the only way we could make any money, show up at 6 and pack up by 6 or so. I wonder how they can make money dragging it out like that, the market was very c...

Re: Greenvanner?...

Scoff... lol. Well no van today either, still not able to support weight. I did organize my 1/4 drive sockets out of an ice cream bucket and onto a socket jockey. I might limp out and grab my coffee can on 3/8 sockets and do the same. But I don't see me doing a whole lot other than that. I need some...
