The freeze plugs are in the old motor? Thats some valve carnage there.

yup...this is just another testament to how fucking awesome datsuns are. the rocker shaft pillar bolt most likely broke 3-4 years ago, the intake/ exhaust heat exchanger has been leaking the entire time ive had my car ( 7yrs) the valve with the chip probably happened 5-6 months ago, the head gasket has probably been leaking for quite some time...most likely a year or more. But now, hopefully I will be driving my baby again as soon as tonight!
