1968/69 510 Water Pump, clutch, fan.

For sale is a well used 68/69 510 water pump, fan clutch, and cooling fan. These are different than the later models. Even some of the 69's didn't have this style. This would only be for someone that is looking to stay original. The pump needs rebuilding. The clutch needs some repair also as it's delaminated ffrom the backing. The fan is probably the most useful part of all of it and it will not fit the clutchless water pumps. It's specific to the 68 and early 69. Also this was used on some of the roadster engines. (cross referenced part numbers)

It's probably a fat chance in hell that anyone wants this stuff. But I know there is someone out there probably looking for one. Here it is. I thought I would at least post it to the internetz before posting it in the dumpster. These are not easy to fine. Trying to save some otherwise rare parts.

This is easily adapted to a later style fan/clutch/pump setup... so it's a bit of a longshot. Price are best offer.

TTT aka a bump

didn't know that the early L engines had a clutch fan. Thanks for the Datsun knowledge.

how did the fan clutch mount to the water pump and stay together, not seeing how it does.

if it doesn't sell, I'll give you 1 Datsun bottle cap to post in the dumpster classifieds OR give it to someone to post in their metal recyclable pile which would be better then filling up the land fill, just saying.

There is a piece on the backside of the fan that has a sealed bearing. It rides on the little shaft on the water pump and secured by a snap ring.
