ball joint disc brake KC

No motor, no trans. Plans are to give it a quick once over (check the brakes, hook up a battery and test lights/signals, then swap my motor/trans from black truck to this). Should be a weekend project. If everything checks out, a motor swap is nothing...

Only pics I have of it. I was just going to buy the wheels/tires off it, but ended up getting teh whole truck lulz...

lol this one has been setting a few years. Hoping the mice didn't get to it. Should be ok. i've known about it for some time, just didn't want to buy it. I was after the wheels and tires. But for literally a couple bucks more he sold me the whole thing. I could take the wheels/tires off it, throw them on my black truck and pitch this thing.. be out 0 dollars.

Buuuuuuut. If the electric, brakes, and other things like ball joints and such aren't torn to shit. I will have this running in a weekend. I will take the motor/trans out of my black truck and stuff it into this one. Should be a pretty straight forward process. I don't have to do it right now, so I have some time to make adjustments or clean it up etc. then do it later.

The core support was cut in the center for easy install/removal of engine (at one point it was going to get an sr)
There is no motor, no trans.

The driveline should be there, the trans xmember, the fenders are off it and it will be getting some miss matched ones :( and the core support piece that was cut should be there, if not I guess hood pins cuz racetruck.

He is a hell of a nice guy. I think he is 6'5" or so. His bear claws look like they could rip you apart if he were mad, bro. He was in the air force for some time and is now stay at home dad.. Got injured pretty bad over der... Again tho, super nice guy. His wife is cool too. Good people. Sadly even tho he lives just down the road we hardly hang out.

Anyone notice the vents in the dash where the radio would be? Never seen that before. Maybe an AC truck at one point? Never had a 620 with AC so IDK.

I think you're right - it could be an AC truck, the radio would have been in the console.

Its a bit more rough then we though. it's all there, I could get it. But the tires are bald as shit on teh front. Same thing I have going on now, so I would have another truck but still need to come up with money for tires. Fuck.

So I gave him my pathfinder rims and tires, plus a little cash for some other wheels he has with brand new tires on it. Get ready, cuz here comes 15x7 or 8" fatty fucking wheels. Truck is gonna look dope as fuck.

Problem is.. I want something king cab... So, i need to figure something out... Need to come up with money, or trade my truck for something king cab... The room, plus the 2 extra seats. It's a must, either that or buy another car.. Rather not do that, as it wouldn't get used often enough to compensate for more maintenance, parts, monthly insurance..

I am in need of a 720 KC. Adam has one, but it has no frame that comes with it :( I will have to track down a frame to make it work.

Other option, keep looking for a cheapo 720 KC that I could stuff my motor in. Both going to be hard.. IDK what imma do right now.

I ended up not getting it. Tho, it is still sitting at his house. It would only need some cleaning, a motor and trans, and some minor work. has some awesome rat shit in the floors. IDK if he is selling it or keeping it for the vin and titles. He lost the paperwork on his SR king cab project. So not sure what his plans are.
