Haha, fuckit. It was just an idea that popped up and I had to try. Not that hard.

That sounds like about half the time I spend in my shop.

Was in California for a few days. Tonight I got as far as removing the pegs.... then holding them for a while in different places.
Then I worked on my seat some more. Its.. ok, but not finished.
Cut out the suports that I put in the way of the chain. Bent some new ones. Welded in a cross bar
Tinkered around with a few shifter linkage ideas too

Thinking about a model a tail light, the driver side ones have a license plate light built in, I see them sell for 20$, and there already 6v.
Not the most original idea. But it is cheap, and easy, nothing set in stone yet, might just use a soup can and paint the inside red lol

Doesnt look like I did a whole lot. But I took everything apart, and welded in the rear supports (the vertical ones I cut out) cleaned up my head light and tail light.

Image
The head light is a spot light off of a military fire truck built (the light at least) in 1939. Cost me 5 bucks.

It will work ok for me. Ill address it all later.
The tail light, I like alot more after pulling it apart and cleaning it.
It has "buick type a" stamped on it, but havnt looked into it to much.

I cutt it on the 17th, or 18th. Spent a couple days without gas or steel. Went to cali, spent a couple days in Ridgefield, its just a quick easy project so it goes by pretty quick.
