Re: WTB 280zx rotors, calipers, front struts
Welcome to NWD
These should still be available through rockauto.com(Like peanutbuttercups mentioned)
Except for the struts.

If you can afford it new is better! But maybe someone on here has a known good set of brakes/struts for this guy?

How is that possible? Where do you live?
Have you made a thread to introduce yourself and your car?
Or are the only posts you have made were asking for parts?

Re: WTB 280zx rotors, calipers, front struts
Would perhaps help to know what year these are for. For one thing there were two different types of rear calipers used on the zx.Mountains206 wrote:Alright I need all four rotors and calipers, plus the two front struts from a 280zx asap
My Datsuns, like good friends, have never let me down. At least in any way that was not understandable and thus fixable.

So can a old style master clyinder off the 280zx (two vertical bolts instead of horizontal) plug right into a 510? Will the m/c work with newer style rear calipers?

Re: WTB 280zx rotors, calipers, front struts
For the most part.
The 15/16" or 7/8" MC is what everone tries/wants to get when going to 4 wheel discs.

Re: WTB 280zx rotors, calipers, front struts
7/8 was made for front disc and rear drum so it works pretty perfect.
Just a kid with a love for datsuns and no money.

Not entirely true.datmo wrote:7/8 was made for front disc and rear drum so it works pretty perfect.
There are 7/8" MCs for disc/disc and disc/drum.
Late model 280s and the earliest of the 280zxs will be disc/disc cars that use a 7/8" MC.

Re: WTB 280zx rotors, calipers, front struts
flat, there weren't any 280s with disc/disc. didn't pop up until the zx in 79, and from everything I can find, those had 15/16 masters. only thing I can find that had a 7/8 master and disc rears were the 200sx's
