I have lost everything including the logos, everything is blue now and says phpBB.

Yeah, different style is all. Mchat should be on the front page. click the phpbb3 logo at the top to get back to the home page, then scroll down.

I don't show the chat option at all, I also tried FF and IE with the same results.

try it again, I enabled user permissions, forgot to at first. Click the logo again, hit Ctrl-F5, then scroll down one more time.
