^ I didnt mean to make it sound like that lol. We want anyone and everyone showing up to both shows as usual, its what makes them so great. I just notice some show up to canby, and not BL, and some BL and not canby, wish everyone would just show up everywhere. More shit to look at.

Its really worth it man, this is our 29th year. Canby does a great 2 day show, we do a great 1 day show, you start the summer wtih canby, and end it wtih Blue Lake. Best way to do the summer.

I agree with this statement, there should be no ours and theirs, it's just a show that I will not miss unless I have expired.DRIVEN wrote:I like both show because they're so different. But I'd hate to make Blue Lake "our" show and Canby "their" show.

Danfiveten wrote:Thanks guys. I just feel like on ratsun all it is is canby canby canby, its like come on, theres other shows to, lets not all go into a psychedelic rage over just one. Makes it hard to advertise when Blue Lake thread gets buried under 50 canby 2014 threads.
I don't feel this way, Blue Lake is a must show in my opinion, we actually need more like this one, as a whole weekend show takes way more planning than a half day show like Blue Lake, and I am not talking about time spent planning the show, which I am sure is more than most would think, I am talking about people getting away for a day, rather than a whole weekend.
I will be there, I am trying to get the 520 ready for it's first big show.

Re: Bluelake datsun show 2013
Only problem is for us, theres only about 5 of us putting it on. Ive tried putting it out there for people to come to our club meetings, but ive only seen one person come new. Evvery 3rd sunday at stark street pizza and we meet round 2:30. We need mroe young blood as i put it, im the youngest one in the group, been part of it since..well since i was born pretty much. We could use some help if we want to keep going after 30 years, because its starting to take a toll on even my dad being the main person putting it on, last year the girls were over heating just trying to bbq because not enough people to help to even releive them for a break. So please guys if your local, come to our meeting this next month, and see if you would like to help us put on the show and be part of the group

I got a pair of goons...show one, tie her up in the other? figure it would be nicer than the 2 door, that thing would be cramped to be tied up in...RedBanner wrote:Call in ,"tied up in the back of a 710" cause you goin.Jamee wrote:Quits job, lives in 77 B210DRIVEN wrote:The show is better than a job. People who always register rule in my book, i register even though i cant show since im a judge...even though my wife can register and im the only stock 510 so. But registration and raffle is how we make our money to do the show the next year. Insurance adn the space is always expensive with raffle prizes.
