Jayden's blue baby
I've had this little gem for 7 years now. My father in law bought it for a lil put put round town. Well, she was on her last legs and he could not keep up with the maintenance anymochre. I swooped in and started workin on her. Tore down the engine, she was in pretty rough shape. The rings in No. 4 were completely collapsed and all cylinders had a major ridge. Got her rebuilt and dad in law pitched in for a brand new EI dizzy . That was 2008 when I put her back on the road.
She sat for about 8 years at some point in the back yard of the old guy that owned her for many many years. I found the original warranty papers and service record for the first year too!! Pretty cool find. Very little rust as she was purchased in Fruitland, Idaho at White Motor Company and has stayed in eastern Oregon western Idaho its whole life.

Re: Jayden's blue baby
At some point in her life the rearend got swapped for 488s.... . The 2 trips to Canby were not really rocket speed . 60mph was 4000rom :!: :!: . So I went through 2 4 speeds and was running on my 3rd one when I found a dogleg. It proceeded to sit in my garage for aboot a year and half before finally getting installed just a few months ago. BEST UPGRADE SO FAR!!! Now I contemplating swappin out to 437s. I can go 70 at 3800rpm now .
A few more things I have done...
I got rid of the 210 head and put a U67 on it. Yes, I know L16 with U67 equals low compression. I don't care. With a brand new weber and Offey intake, she runs TITS!! . 25mpg, uses no oil and good power....for a L16.
I have just recently put 2inch blocks on her and just daily her to work and back. I will throw up some moar oics here in bit of her earning her keep.

Did anything from that big pile of stuff you got from me actually make it on to this truck?
When the only tool you have is a hammer every problem starts to look like a hippy.

Shiiiiit man! That big pile of stuff helped me out a LOT!!!!
The rearend went under my longbed trailer.
Chester found a really cool drop light in that box of stuff that I use quite a bit.
I still have 2 of those radiators.
There are a couple mirrors that got given to people.
I know I am forgetting something but that stuff has gone a long ways and done some good
